LeadJen, LLC Recognized by EPA as Leading Green Power Purchaser
Purchase Supports New Development of Clean Renewable Resources
INDIANAPOLIS – (June 26, 2012) – LeadJen (www.leadjen.com), a B2B lead generation company that helps sales and marketing executives get value out of every prospecting interaction, announced today its purchase of green power and its partnership with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Green Power Partnership. LeadJen is purchasing more than 120,000 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of green power annually, equivalent to 150 percent of the organization’s electricity use. LeadJen is buying renewable energy certificates (RECs) from Renewable Choice Energy. This demonstrates a proactive choice to switch away from traditional sources of electricity generation and support cleaner renewable energy alternatives.
LeadJen is one of only ten companies in Indiana taking part in the Green Power Partnership. Other Hoosier firms involved with the Partnership include the Indianapolis Zoo and the Indianapolis Museum of Art.

Purchases of green power help accelerate the development of new renewable energy capacity nationwide and help reduce greenhouse gas emissions from the power sector.

According to the U.S. EPA, LeadJen’s green power purchase of more than 120,000 kWh is equivalent to avoiding the carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions of nearly 20 passenger vehicles per year, or the CO2 emissions from the electricity use of more than 10 average American homes annually.
